We are working with a highly regarded specialist property litigation practice that focuses on residential landlord and tenant matters. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join their team in a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with significant expertise to manage a team while handling a complex and varied caseload in litigation and dispute resolution.
The Role
As Senior Solicitor, you will take on a key leadership position, managing a team of solicitors and paralegals while overseeing your own caseload. The role requires handling complex cases, particularly in the areas of service charges, ground rent debt recovery, and breaches of covenant in both residential and commercial contexts. You will provide expert legal guidance, manage case progressions, and ensure the team's performance meets high standards. Additionally, you will take an active role in the development of junior staff through training and mentoring.
