About our client
Our client is a growing residential property management business with offices across the South East. They've seen strong, sustained growth over the past few years and have ambitious plans to expand further.
The role
They're looking for a senior property manager to take ownership of a portfolio in South London and grow it aggressively as the business scales. You'll have real autonomy to shape how the portfolio develops, backed by a business that's serious about investing in its team.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, with scope to grow it significantly over time
- Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and RMCs/RTMs
- Overseeing Section 20 consultations, service charge budgets and year-end accounts
- Managing contractor procurement and site inspections across your portfolio
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders to support the wider growth of the business
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of service delivery
Skills and experience
- Essential MTPI qualification
- Proven experience managing residential block portfolios
- Strong working knowledge of service charge budgeting and Section 20 processes
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a portfolio
