Location: Office and site-based with travel to developments (travel expenses covered)

The Role

We are working with Verto HR, a specialist provider of HR, training, and staffing solutions to the residential property management sector. Together with their clients, they manage the full range of site-based teams from individual caretakers to large, multi-skilled site operations across some of the UK's most prestigious residential schemes. They are now seeking an experienced Risk Assessor to join the team on a short-term contract to complete a programme of focused risk assessments and compliance audits across their residential portfolio. This is a hands-on role requiring a qualified Health Safety professional who can work independently, produce clear and detailed reports, and recommend practical, actionable improvements to ensure the safety and wellbeing of on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities include:
