We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Resident Experience Assistant to join a vibrant residential community team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, creating engaging resident experiences, and helping to build a welcoming community environment within a modern residential development. You will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a first-class experience throughout their tenancy while supporting the day-to-day operations of the building.
About the Role
- Building positive relationships with residents and creating a strong sense of community
- Organising and hosting resident events, initiatives, and meet-and-greet sessions
- Managing amenity spaces and ensuring communal areas are presented to a high standard
- Handling rental enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and supporting the applicant process
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor appointments
- Supporting apartment inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
- Assisting with rent arrears monitoring and reporting
- Working closely with the wider onsite team to maintain health safety compliance across the development
