The Role We are working with a prominent property management consultancy to find a professional to oversee the day-to-day management of residential tenanted portfolios.
You will act as the primary liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors.
The position ensures that all activities align with strict service level agreements and industry best practice.
This role offers a diverse portfolio, combining private property management, corporate private rental management, and social housing.
Providing high-standard customer service across all stakeholder groups is the core priority.
Remote role - portfolio based in Eailing.
Duties to include: Instructing essential works and compliance testing to meet legislative certification requirements Arranging repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments Monitoring contractors and on-site works Carrying out internal mid-term inspections as required Ensuring the properties meet compliance and Health Safety standards Recording and reporting all compliance and maintenance issues Working to budget Monitoring lettings performance and void ratios Recording and reporting all financial matters
