Our client is currently seeking a Part-Time Porter to join the team at a luxury residential building in West London.
Role: Part-Time Porter (24.5hr per week)
Location: West London
Rota:
- Mondays 3pm - 7pm
- Tuesdays: 3:30pm - 7pm
- Wednesdays: 3:30pm - 7pm
- Thursdays: 3pm - 7pm
- Fridays: 3:30pm - 7pm
- Saturdays: 7am - 1pm
Salary: £15-17,000pa (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the main entrance lobby, as well as all communal areas of the site.
- Supervising all visiting contractors and instructing as needed.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service are met at all times, when communicating with the residents, clients and contractors.
- Handling any complaints and issues effectively, in a conscientious manner and in good time.
- Ensuring all maintenance and security issues; such as broken locks, phone systems, boiler problems, lifts etc. are reported to the managing agent in a timely manner.
- Identify any Health & Safety concerns and handle with best practice according to the managing agent's advice.
- Keep all site documentation up to date and informed with all issues and events on site.
- Patrolling site to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, and safe for all residents.
- Collecting rubbish bags across the development, delivering to the bin stores, and ensuring these are well kept.
- Handling all site keys, logging intake and outtake accurately.
