Job Description

  • Monitor building systems, report issues, and liaise with emergency contacts if needed.
  • Handle resident queries and requests efficiently and discreetly.
  • Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes for day staff.
  • Perform regular inspections of communal areas to ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards are upheld.
