- Primarily focus on maintaining security and cleanliness in lobbies and corridors.
- Rubbish removal.
- Routine inspections or site patrol.
- Watering communal garden plants and pots depending on weather conditions.
- Assisting residents with various needs, e.g., handling luggage and shopping bags.
- Newspaper delivery to appropriate apartments.
- Calling/booking a cab/stopping taxis.
