A London housing provider is looking for an experienced Resales & Staircasing Manager to lead a busy team handling resales, staircasing and ad hoc disposals of empty properties. You'll take ownership of complex property transactions from instruction to completion, keep the service compliant with housing legislation and regulatory requirements, manage budgets and performance targets, and keep the customer at the centre of it.
The role
- Lead and develop a high-performing resales and staircasing team
- Oversee complex transactions, including leasehold sales, staircasing and disposals
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, conveyancing processes and service charge requirements
- Manage budgets, KPIs and SLAs
- Work closely with internal teams, solicitors, agents and residents
What you'll need
- Strong background in property sales / resales transactions
- Good working knowledge of housing legislation, conveyancing and service charges
- Proven experience leading a team and managing budgets
- Able to handle a complex caseload and hit KPIs and SLAs
- Confident with stakeholders and committed to good customer service
