Night Concierge - Temp to Perm
Location: London
Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage)
Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10pm-8am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join a residential development in London W9 on a Friday and Saturday night shift pattern, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.
The Role
Working as part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors, while ensuring the building is secure and well-presented throughout the night.
Duties will include:
- Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service to residents and visitors
- Monitoring access to the building and following site security procedures
- Carrying out regular checks and patrols of the building
- Responding to resident and visitor queries during the night
- Monitoring CCTV and reporting any issues appropriately
- Assisting with deliveries and other general concierge duties
- Completing handovers and maintaining accurate records
- Reporting any maintenance, security or health & safety concerns
- Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain clean, tidy and presentable
- Working closely with the wider onsite team
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Professional, well presented and confident dealing with residents
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts
- Vigilant and security-conscious
- A good communicator with a proactive attitude
- Previous concierge, front-of-house, security or residential experience is desirable
