You're the person on the van, first on site when something trips, and you know how to work fast, work clean, and work alone without someone looking over your shoulder. Our client is a well-established property and facilities business operating across Central London. They cover a diverse portfolio including residential and retail sites, and their engineering team handles reactive and planned maintenance across multiple locations.

You'll be working across a varied portfolio of sites, responding to call-outs, carrying out testing and inspection work, and keeping things running day to day. The role is available on a PAYE or self-employed basis, and comes with a van for PAYE candidates. Working hours sit within a 7am to 6pm window, with a 40-hour guaranteed week and a one-in-three on-call rota.
