We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Handyman to support a portfolio of residential developments. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on communal area maintenance only, including light repairs, painting and decorating, and general upkeep across multiple sites.
You will be provided with a company van and will work closely with on-site teams to ensure communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- General light maintenance within communal areas across multiple sites
- Painting and decorating of corridors, lobbies, stairwells and shared spaces
- Basic repairs (e.g. door adjustments, fixtures, minor carpentry)
- Maintaining bin stores, plant rooms and back-of-house areas
- Supporting site teams with reactive communal maintenance requests
- Carrying out regular visual checks of communal areas
- Reporting larger maintenance issues to management
- Keeping tools, materials and company van organised and safe
- Previous experience in a handyman / maintenance role
- Confident with painting and decorating
- Able to carry out general light maintenance tasks
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Good communication skills when liaising with on-site teams
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable travelling between sites
- Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
