We are currently hiring for a Live-In Caretaker to work on a luxury residential block based in SW London. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a high end block in a top location, offering brilliant accommodation. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Salary: £20,000 per annum + Live In Accommodation (3 bedroom apartment - bills included) Responsibilities will include: Welcoming residents and visitors to the building General internal cleaning of the block - dusting, mopping and hoovering. Regular waste disposal for routine collections. Managing deliveries, parcels and resident correspondence Assisting residents with luggage and transport where required Monitoring building security and responding to alarms when necessary Carrying out routine building checks and reporting any issues Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas Coordinating with contractors and delivery personnel Answering telephone calls and resident enquiries professionally Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development About You We are looking for someone who: Has excellent customer service skills Presents professionally and confidently Is reliable, proactive and trustworthy Takes pride in maintaining high standards Has previous caretaker, porter, hospitality, customer service or residential experience Is comfortable working independently Due to the nature of the accommodation provided, this position is ideally suited to someone seeking a live-in role and able to commit to becoming part of the building community.
