Carry out daily litter picking across the estate to maintain a clean environment. Maintain planting areas, lawns, trees, and shrubs to a high horticultural standard. Undertake seasonal planting, pruning, and soil care activities. Manage irrigation systems and monitor plant health to ensure optimal growth. Maintain riverbank vegetation to prevent overgrowth and minimise erosion risks. Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively. Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and take appropriate corrective action. Ensure all external areas are kept free of litter, weeds, and hazards.
