We are working with a leading specialist firm to find three organised and detail-driven Claims Handlers to join their growing team.

This is an office based opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 plus a discretionary bonus of up to 5% (subject to eligibility).

The Role

You will support the smooth and efficient processing of claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and process a high volume of claims daily, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Review, evaluate and determine the validity of claims in line with company policies.
  • Provide clear, courteous and timely responses to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organised digital records for all claims handled.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
  • Liaise collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support smooth workflow.
  • Contribute insights to improve processes and service levels within the claims team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with any process or system changes.
  • The Person

The client is seeking diligent, organised individuals who can maintain high standards while managing competing priorities. You will have:

  • A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification (a law degree is desirable but not essential).
  • Experience in a claims-handling role, ideally within bulk or high-volume claims.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks professionally.
  • A confident, clear and polite communication style.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
