Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Head of FM to lead a national Build to Rent portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact role with full responsibility for shaping and driving FM delivery across a growing residential platform. You will oversee a multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards in operations, compliance, and resident experience. This includes leading a structured FM team, working closely with contractors and suppliers, and embedding a more visible, proactive approach to site engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FM function across a national portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained buildings

- Take ownership of building safety, health safety, and regulatory requirements
