Our client is a property maintenance organisation working across the South Coast, delivering repairs and maintenance services to residential properties. They've got a solid team in place and a straightforward culture - turn up, do good work, and look after residents.

They're an established business operating across Hampshire and the surrounding areas, managing a defined patch of residential properties. The team works Monday to Friday on a permanent, full-time basis, with a structured out-of-hours rota that comes with additional payment.

The role involves carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance across a residential patch, keeping homes safe and well maintained. It's a field-based role, so you'll be largely autonomous day-to-day, managing your own time and workload to hit agreed targets. A company vehicle is included.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out a range of electrical repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties
  • Supporting damp and mould treatment work where required
  • Delivering a professional, considerate service to residents at every visit
  • Working to agreed procedures and performance targets
  • Accurately recording job information and maintaining compliance standards
  • Operating safely in line with Health and Safety guidelines at all times

Skills and experience:

  • Essential: City and Guilds 2360/2365 Parts 1 and 2, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
  • Experience working in a customer-facing, property maintenance or social housing environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent)
  • Experience completing EICRs
