Are you a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We have an exciting 2-month temporary opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to be the friendly, visible face of Guinness in the local area - building relationships with our renting customers, homeowners, and shared-owners.
From managing lettings and tackling anti-social behaviour to conducting estate inspections and representing Guinness in court, you'll be at the heart of everything we do for our communities.
- Handling anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, fly-tipping and graffiti
- Completing health & safety and compliance checks, including fire risk assessments
- Building relationships with local stakeholders such as residents' associations, local authorities and the police
- Maintaining accurate customer records and using data to drive continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload with minimal supervision
- Confident using mobile technology and IT systems out in the field
- A full, valid UK driving licence
