· Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to continuous improvement across the estate. · Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times. · Complete all works assigned via Handyman Work Orders in a timely manner and to a high standard. · Proactively identify and report issues or concerns to the Estate Operations Manager, escalating where necessary. · Undertake spot cleaning duties when directed by the Estate Manager. · Manage tools, materials, and supplies effectively, including regular audits of equipment. · Ensure monthly supply orders are planned and submitted in advance. · Maintain clean, organised, and safe workspaces and storage areas at all times. · Prepare and submit Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for approval prior to commencing works. · Ensure all works are carried out in full compliance with health and safety regulations. · Inspect all tools and equipment prior to use to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose. · Complete and file all required permits to work before undertaking tasks. · Support and promote sustainability initiatives as directed. · Maintain accurate records by updating development logs with relevant information. · Hold and maintain all required certifications and competencies relevant to the role (e.g. electrical, decorating, health safety). · Attend training courses as required....
