The Opportunity
Our client is a well regarded, high end contractor operating across residential block and individual flat maintenance throughout London. They have a strong operational and back office function and a solid reputation within the leasehold sector. They are now looking for a Business Development Executive to take ownership of new business growth across London. This is not a desk based sales role. This is about being visible. Walking developments. Meeting managing agents. Building relationships with developers and key decision makers. Creating opportunity through presence, credibility and follow up. The Role
- You will be responsible for generating and converting new business across London's residential developments.
- Proactively identify target developments and schemes.
- Visit sites in person and introduce services.
- Build relationships with managing agents, developers, freeholders and RMC directors.
- Develop and manage your own pipeline of opportunities.
- Attend meetings, site visits and industry events.
- Work closely with the internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
Hybrid working here means flexibility, not restriction. You will not be tied to a desk, but you will be expected to be active across London building traction.
