This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established property and housing organisation covering Devon and part of Dorset, carrying out surveys and inspections and making sure homes are safe, well maintained, and compliant.
You'll work closely with contractors and internal teams, managing repairs from identification through to completion with the independence to get on with your work and make decisions on the ground.

- Diagnosing building defects and specifying the correct remedies
- Overseeing subcontracted repair works and holding contractors to account
- Undertaking HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating System) assessments
- Keeping residents and stakeholders informed with clear, accurate communication
- Maintaining excellent records and managing your own workload on a mobile basis
What We're Looking For

- Experience carrying out HHSRS assessments
- Solid understanding of responsive repairs, voids works, and planned/cyclical maintenance
- Able to manage a varied, mobile workload independently
