Job Description
Our Client are looking for an experienced Day Porter to join their team at a luxury residential development in SW3.
Role: Day Porter (Front of House & Caretaker duties involved, lone working)
Location: SW3
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Saturday, hours are:
Mondays and Tuesdays: 7am to 7pm
Wednesday to Friday: 7am to 1pm
Every other Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Salary:
£27,500 annually
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting residents, contractors and guests
- Maintain a constant and vigilant watch on the security of development
- To take telephone calls out of hours for emergencies on the mobile and to liaise with the Property Manager
- Key management
- Bin maintenance, refuse removal; collecting rubbish and placing in the paladins, moving bins ready for collections
- Litter picking
- Hoovering, polishing, sweeping – general maintenance of the development to ensure it is kept clean and tidy.
- Weekly reports
- Patrols of the development
- Liaising with residents, contractors and guests
- Deliveries management
- Telephone and email enquiries
- Inspecting development for any health and safety or maintenance issues that need to be reported
- Flushing regimes on a weekly basis
- Fire alarm testing on a weekly basis
