We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and proactive Concierge to join a residential development on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in ensuring a well-maintained, welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct daily inspections of:
- Entrance lobby (cleanliness, lighting, main door functionality, fire panels)
- Car parking areas (cleanliness, litter, lighting)
- External estate lighting
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a concierge, porter, or facilities role (residential or hospitality desirable)
- A keen eye for detail and pride in site presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic IT literacy for email and record keeping
