About the Role
We are looking for a professional, friendly and proactive Concierge to join the team at a prestigious residential development in North London. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment for everyone living and working on the development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Concierge who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building strong relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Front-of-House Services
- Provide a professional, warm and welcoming front-of-house service.
- Respond to resident enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build positive and professional relationships with residents.
- Assist new residents with their move-in and settling-in process.
Security Safety
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
- Manage authorised access to the development.
