Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to continuous improvement across the estate.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Complete all works assigned via Handyman Work Orders in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Proactively identify and report issues or concerns to the Estate Operations Manager, escalating where necessary.
- Undertake spot cleaning duties when directed by the Estate Manager.
- Manage tools, materials, and supplies effectively, including regular audits of equipment.
- Ensure monthly supply orders are planned and submitted in advance.
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe workspaces and storage areas at all times.
- Prepare and submit Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for approval prior to commencing works.
- Ensure all works are carried out in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect all tools and equipment prior to use to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
- Complete and file all required permits to work before undertaking tasks.
- Support and promote sustainability initiatives as directed.
- Maintain accurate records by updating development logs with relevant information.
- Hold and maintain all required certifications and competencies relevant to the role (e.g. electrical, decorating, health & safety).
- Attend training courses as required.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the development and its systems
