About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Building Manager. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines lettings, property management, customer service, health & safety, and on-site staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure void properties are let quickly and in good condition, coordinating inspections, repairs, and void works
Oversee mid‐tenancy repairs and defects, managing contractors and ensuring works are completed within agreed SLAs
Manage on‐site staff such as concierge or admin teams, including rotas, training, performance reviews, and payroll inputs
Maintain full compliance with health & safety requirements including gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, and legionella regulations
Manage day‐to‐day expenditure, approve invoices, and support budget planning and cost control
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer‐focused environment such as PRS, property management, hospitality, or a similar service‐led sector
Excellent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems and digital platforms simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional correspondence
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast‐paced and varied role
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
