We're seeking a confident and capable Building Manager to take full responsibility for the smooth running of a residential leasing development. In this client and tenant facing role, you'll be key to ensuring the property is well maintained, legally compliant and a welcoming place to live.

The role:

  • Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the building
  • Carry out routine inspections and ensure issues are dealt with promptly
  • Manage budgets, financial planning and cost approvals in line with agreements.
  • Act as the main contact for residents, addressing any concerns or tenancy issues.
  • Support health and safety standards across the development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
  • Reporting to PRS Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential or block management.
  • Sound knowledge of property compliance, maintenance, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage service charge budgets and financial reporting.
  • Track record of managing suppliers and overseeing maintenance works.
  • Confident in dealing with residents.
  • Confident with Microsoft and property management systems.
