We're seeking a confident and capable Building Manager to take full responsibility for the smooth running of a residential leasing development. In this client and tenant facing role, you'll be key to ensuring the property is well maintained, legally compliant and a welcoming place to live.
The role:
- Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the building
- Carry out routine inspections and ensure issues are dealt with promptly
- Manage budgets, financial planning and cost approvals in line with agreements.
- Act as the main contact for residents, addressing any concerns or tenancy issues.
- Support health and safety standards across the development
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Reporting to PRS Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential or block management.
