We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Building Manager. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines lettings, property management, customer service, health & safety, and on-site staff management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure void properties are let quickly and in good condition, coordinating inspections, repairs, and void works.
  • Oversee mid-tenancy repairs and defects, managing contractors and ensuring works are completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage on-site staff such as concierge or admin teams, including rotas, training, performance reviews, and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety requirements including gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, and legionella regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day expenditure, approve invoices, and support budget planning and cost control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment such as PRS, property management, hospitality, or a similar service-led sector.
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems and digital platforms simultaneously.
