The Opportunity A residential block management firm is looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to join a specialist team. The business focuses purely on leasehold block management and works with a portfolio of high-quality developments, including high-rise and complex sites. This role would suit an established Block Manager who enjoys working in a smaller, specialist environment where quality of management is more important than volume. The Role Managing a residential leasehold portfolio of boutique developments, including some high-rise and higher-risk buildings. You will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of your sites, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, directors and freeholders, while ensuring compliance, financial control and high service standards.
