Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and administering buildings insurance claims
- Managing building-specific mailboxes and responding to leaseholder queries
- Answering and triaging inbound calls
- Assisting with and following up on site inspections
- Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations
- Issuing work orders to contractors
- Supporting Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Asbestos actions
- Completing LPE1 forms
- Assisting with service charge correspondence, budgets and mail merges
- Updating property management systems (e.g. MyBlockMan / Asana)
- General administrative support to Property Managers
