We are working with a leading property services provider to find experienced Day Concierge staff to join their temporary team, providing cover across luxury residential developments throughout London.

Shift times will vary depending on the building and requirements, however, typical shifts are 7am- 7pm or 9am- 5pm
Rate
£13.00 - £14.80 per hour + holiday pay
We have a range of temporary assignments available, including ad-hoc shifts, annual leave and sickness cover, as well as longer term ongoing bookings.
As a Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors and will play an important role in ensuring the building is professionally managed and presented throughout your shift.
We are looking for candidates who are professional, reliable, confident and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to residents, guests and visitors.
Respond to resident enquiries and assist with day-to-day requests.
Manage visitor and contractor access, ensuring the correct sign-in procedures are followed.
Manage keys and access fobs in line with site procedures.
Receive, record and distribute parcels and deliveries.
Monitor reception and communal areas, ensuring they remain clean, tidy and well presented.
Carry out regular building patrols where required.
Report maintenance issues, defects or health and safety concerns to the appropriate onsite team.
Liaise with contractors and provide access where authorised.
Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs where required.
Maintain accurate records, logs and shift handovers.
Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies, following the building's procedures.
Work closely with Building Managers, Estate Managers, Security and other members of the onsite team.
Complete any other reasonable duties required by the management team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Front of House Assistant, Porter or similar customer-facing role.
Residential property experience is preferred, particularly within luxury developments.
Candidates from luxury hotels, hospitality or other high-end customer service environments are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional and well presented.
Reliable, punctual and flexible.
Confident dealing with residents, visitors and contractors.
Good IT skills and comfortable using email and basic computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team.
Flexibility to work across different London locations and shift patterns.
