Night Security Officer in London

Our client is seeking an immaculately presented Night Security Guard to join their team on a high end residence based in the heart of West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 5* residence and work with a leading managing agent.

Hours: 4on 4off rota, 12 hour shifts

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Duties:

• The Security Officers are the very first members of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival at the building.
• They are responsible for covering the entrance, providing a physical security presence at the principal gateway to the scheme and will also park and retrieve residents' cars from the car park.
• You will be monitoring all entrances to the block, keeping a close eye on everyone entering the building to ensure the premises is securely monitored for residents.
• They will be responsible for all visitors 'first impression'.
• Therefore, maintaining impeccable standards of welcoming service; holding doors, assisting with luggage, hailing taxis and assisting with directions will be expected.
• Routine patrols of the development and CCTV monitoring to ensure security and safety of residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within London super prime residential schemes
• SIA Licence
• Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
• Experience serving UHNWIs is preferred
• Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
• High standard of written and spoken English
