We're supporting a growing student living operator in the search for a customer-focused Day Concierge to join a premium 120-studio residential community in London.
This is a highly visible, resident-facing role where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping create a welcoming and vibrant community. Working closely with residents, guests, and onsite teams, you'll play a key part in ensuring the building runs smoothly while providing a first-class level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Manage resident enquiries and provide day-to-day support
- Conduct resident check-ins, check-outs, and property viewings
- Maintain accurate handovers, records, and operational reports
- Handle parcels, deliveries, and visitor access
- Support resident events and community engagement activities
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and contractors
- Ensure communal areas are presented to a high standard
- Resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent customer service
Your Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, PBSA, Build-to-Rent, property, or another customer-facing environment
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident and professional communicator
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills are beneficial but not essential
