We're supporting a growing student living operator in the search for an exceptional Leasing Manager to help drive the commercial performance of an expanding UK portfolio.
This is a high-impact role focused on more than filling rooms. You'll use market insight, performance data and commercial judgement to influence occupancy, pricing, revenue performance and leasing strategy across multiple student accommodation assets, working closely with site teams, senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive occupancy, leasing performance and revenue growth across the portfolio
Analyse booking trends, pricing, conversion and market data to identify risks and opportunities
Support pricing, forecasting and revenue optimisation initiatives
Manage relationships with agents, universities, referral partners and other key stakeholders
Work with site teams to improve enquiry handling, conversion and commercial performance
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns that support occupancy and revenue targets
Produce performance reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making
Your Requirements:
Experience within PBSA, student accommodation or a comparable multi-site leasing or commercial environment
Strong understanding of occupancy management, customer conversion and revenue performance
Experience influencing pricing, forecasting or commercial decision-making
Confident using data to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements
Experience managing external stakeholder relationships, including agents, partners or universities
Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience working across multiple teams
Experience with CRM, booking or property management systems (Yardi, StarRez, TCAS or Kinetic advantageous)
A full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio
