Job Description
We have a new and exciting role for you to become a General Operative in Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17 4XN
General Operative
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour. Paid break after completing 12 weeks of service!
Shift:
- 4-day fixed shift
- 0600-1600
- Monday – Thursday
Responsibilities
- Recycling waste materials including cardboard, plastic, and food waste
- Baling and banding cardboard
- Manual handling of waste and recyclable materials
- Loading empty cages of cardboard onto the baling machine ready for condensing
- Organising, sorting, and disposing of recyclable goods
- Carrying out rework activities as required
- Waste removal and disposal across the site
- Emptying recyclables from customers’ equipment
- Maintaining a hazard-free working environment by ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Working safely in close proximity to MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and other machinery, following all health and safety procedures

Requirements
- No relatable experience required – all training will be provided
