PMP has its own experienced employees in various fields and maintains a network of highly qualified freelancers as well as several very experienced cooperation partners. Depending on customer requirements, employees or entire project teams are made available for customer projects. Upon request, entire project organisations can be assembled from its own employees, freelancers, and cooperation partners. These then form a homogeneous project team that ideally meets the customer's challenges.
Your Tasks
- Monitoring, control, and documentation of quality requirements in international solar projects (UK, Poland, Hungary)
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry-specific quality requirements by contractors, suppliers, and partners
- Establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) throughout all project phases
- Creation, review, and approval of quality documents (e.g., Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements)
- Conducting and accompanying audits, inspections, and quality monitoring at contractors and suppliers
- Identification, documentation, and tracking of deviations (Non-Conformances) including root cause analysis and follow-up actions
- Coordination and alignment with the departments of Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Construction, and Project Management
- Preparation of regular Quality Risk Reports (bi-weekly) including risks, deviations, and impacts on schedule, costs, and quality
- Preparation of Quality Status Reports for defined project milestones
- Incorporation of lessons learned and continuous improvement measures throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Definition and integration of quality requirements in RFQs / RFPs
- Professional appearance as an external quality consultant towards contractors, suppliers, and other project participants
Requirements
- Completed technical studies or comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management of infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
- Experience in the establishment and application of Project Quality Management Systems (PQMS)
- Solid knowledge in the review of quality documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements)
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and quality monitoring
- Proficient handling of deviation management and contractual requirements
- Strong communication and interface competence in international project environments
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficient use of digital documentation and reporting tools
More about the position
Application documents must be submitted in English. Very good English skills in spoken and written form are required. The project-related assignments extend over several countries and different project phases. In Hungary (TET – Nereusz / Atreusz), the assignment will take place shortly within the framework of an ongoing project. The activity begins in the late development phase and continues into the construction execution. The focus is on accompanying quality assurance, the establishment, and application of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS). Additionally, document reviews, quality audits, and site inspections will be conducted.
For Great Britain, the project start is currently scheduled for the second quarter of 2026. The assignment begins with the start of construction execution and includes project-related quality assurance from the start of construction. This includes regular on-site inspections, audits at suppliers and contractors, as well as the preparation of structured and ongoing quality reports.
In Poland, the project start is planned for the third quarter of 2026. The assignment also takes place during the construction phase and includes quality assurance during execution, including complete documentation, deviation management, and a final quality assessment upon project completion.
