Architectural assistant position for a small busy architect office in North London. Experience in Revit preferred, as well as knowledge of construction architectural detailing, drafting, and experience within architectural practice of small to medium scale residential projects. We are looking for a talented, creative assistant architect to help deliver projects to a high standard, committed to delivering excellent work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural design, detailing, and documentation (Revit preferred)
  • Planning applications, Design & Access Statements and feasibility studies
  • Design development, detailing and interior concepts
  • Measured surveys, building regulations and tender packages
  • Project administration, coordination and communication with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors
  • Site visits, builder and client liaison and planning authority communication
  • Supporting marketing materials and presentation documents

Requirements

  • RIBA Part 2 or equivalent, or an experienced Part 1 with UK practice experience
  • Construction, technical and detailing skills for residential projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and SketchUp desirable
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication, and attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic, reliability and proactive, “get‑things‑done” attitude
  • A motivated, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to contribute creatively to design detailing and problem solving through all project phases
  • Commitment to high standards, accuracy and follow‑through
  • Ability to manage time, take responsibility, show initiative and work diligently under pressure
