We are PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company that seeks to inspire people and brands that anything is possible. Driven by shared success, PMG utilises business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights—as well as its proprietary operating system, Alli—to deliver cutting‑edge digital solutions and innovative media strategies. Our team comprises 1,000 employees globally, and our work for ambitious brands spans 85+ countries.

As a Creative Copywriting Senior Associate, you’ll be part of a creative team that cares deeply about craft—writers, designers, producers, and creative leads who like pushing ideas further while keeping the work grounded in what the audience actually feels and needs. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership to shape concepts, refine language, and bring strong copy to life across different formats and channels. You’ll also collaborate with strategy and account teammates who help clarify the “why” behind the work—audience insight, brand goals, and the role each message plays in a bigger campaign. At times, you’ll work directly with clients, presenting copy directions, explaining your thinking, and helping teams land on language that feels true to the brand and clear to the customer.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Write original, engaging copy across a range of projects—campaigns, brand storytelling, product and service messaging, and content systems.
  • Adapt your voice quickly and thoughtfully, capturing the tone and personality of multiple brands without losing clarity or consistency.
  • Take briefs from early concept to polished execution, exploring different angles and elevating ideas through strong language and structure.
  • Present copy and creative concepts with confidence, explaining how the work supports both the creative vision and the business goal.
  • Bring sharp attention to detail—tight edits, clean grammar, and wording that feels intentional in every headline, CTA, and long‑form line.
  • Spot content opportunities by paying attention to audience behavior, customer needs, and cultural moments that can make messaging feel more relevant.
  • Stay current on trends in advertising, design, and culture, using what you learn to strengthen the work.
  • Use available tools—including AI where helpful—to speed up exploration, sharpen drafts, and streamline workflows while keeping the final voice human and brand‑true.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally in an agency or high‑growth brand environment.
  • Strong writing fundamentals and a clear point of view—your work is polished, purposeful, and easy to understand.
  • Experience creating copy for integrated campaigns and performance channels.
  • Proficiency in writing for digital platforms, especially paid social, video, and web.
  • Range: you can shift tone, voice, and format depending on the brand, the channel, and the audience.
  • Conceptual strength: you can generate ideas, not just lines—and you enjoy pushing beyond the first draft.
  • Confidence presenting your work and taking feedback well, with the ability to improve copy without losing the original intent.
  • A good instinct for what makes messaging effective, and curiosity about how creative connects to real customer action.
  • Organization and follow‑through: you manage revisions, deadlines, and details without the work feeling rushed.
  • Comfort using modern tools to work efficiently, with good judgment about when AI helps and when it does not.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritising client success with a Customer‑Focused mindset.
  • A dedication to People‑Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

What We Offer:

  • Professional Development: Take advantage of our learning and development programmes, mentorship opportunities, and career advancement support.
  • Generous Annual Leave: Benefit from our substantial holiday allowance to recharge and spend time with loved ones.
  • Parental Leave: We provide parental leave to support your family during important life events.
  • Pension Plan: Plan for your future with up to a competitive 5% contribution match.
  • Healthcare: Our Cash Benefit Health Plan ensures coverage for everyday medical expenses and routine care.
