We’re looking for a proactive and tech-curious student to join our Service Desk team on a 12-month placement. Whether you’re completing a sandwich year as part of your degree or have deferred your university placement to gain industry experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop practical skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain a solid foundation in IT support.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, resolving issues by phone, email or ticketing system.

What We\’re Looking For:
