The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Project Coordinator to lead, organise, and support the delivery of fast-growing customer projects, onboarding processes, and product changes. In this role, you will manage tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
You will collaborate with the Principal Solutions Consultant, Product Analysts, Business Analysts, and the Product Manager in a dynamic, agile environment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative product space while contributing to the growth of our cutting-edge solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring activities are tracked, updated, and completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify and allocate resources needed for project success.
- Organise and support tasks for the Solutions UK team to meet project objectives.
- Work closely with the product team to address risks, issues, and priority conflicts.
- Facilitate seamless project handovers to the Support team alongside the Solutions Operations Manager.
- Provide weekly updates to customers, including progress reports and escalation of blockers.
- Support Graphene project managers by ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and project requirements are met.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of PMC’s project management methodologies and governance.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, vendors, third parties, and internal teams.
- Identify and share potential business opportunities with account sponsors.
