PMC Commerce is seeking a Retail Systems Manager to take day-to-day ownership of the technology underlying a multi-site retail operation. You will manage the systems, standards and suppliers, ensuring uptime and governance across EPOS, payments and stock systems.
This is not a service desk role; you will fix faults to standard, design out recurring issues, and coordinate with head office, stores and warehouse. You will travel to stores as needed and drive PCI DSS compliance.
