The Role:
- Drive and oversee the management and execution of Treasury Solutions engagements.
- Cultivate and develop relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies & corporates
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of PMC’s Treasury Solutions by building and improving models, datasets, analytical frameworks, and other scalable consulting assets
- Drive business development and growth in Treasury Solutions
- Assist in advisory engagements
- Automate the delivery of advisory solutions
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in business development: an ability to understand, assess and react to client needs and the creation of solutions to support their treasury challenges.
- Knowledge of all aspects of Treasury and Working Capital, ideally through 5+ years of experience in a corporate Treasury or related financial environment
- Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to organize, synthesize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; must have a balanced, open, and team-based personality and an ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelors degree in a field combining quantitative analysis and critical thinking such as Economics or Finance
- Strong facility with core Microsoft products, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point, with competency in Visual Basic or other skills being an advantage
- Willingness to travel, together with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally as an TS Consultant.
It would be nice for you to have:
- Fluency in a major European or Asian language, in addition to English, is advantageous but not a requirement
- Consulting experience
