POSITION SUMMARY
PMC Treasury is a leading global treasury consultancy providing Treasury and Risk Management solutions to private equity and infrastructure sponsors, their portfolio companies and corporates.
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our successful team during our next phase of growth. We are looking for a superstar who enjoys coordinating the activities and efforts of teams to ensure a streamlined and efficient Operation, resulting in excellent service for our clients and colleagues, working within our Global Operations team based in London.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Marketing
- Conduct daily market research to identify market opportunities and enter them into our internal CRM system.
- Carry out research of current clients and potential clients and track the progress of business development initiatives.
- Support the preparation of campaign creations, external presentations, and marketing materials.
Compliance & Policies
- Policing internal processes and work with consultants and operations team to ensure compliance to CRM/business development disciplines.
- Implement and monitor the performance of operational systems and processes, identifying and addressing any inefficiencies.
- Handle due diligence processes and liaise with the best practice team.
Office and Facilities Management
- Assist with onboarding new staff members and ensuring they are trained on operational procedures/systems.
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive working environment.
- Assist with organising company events, calendars, meetings and functions.
- Act as a liaison between the firm and third-party providers, resolving any operational or IT issues.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; must enjoy building relationships with colleagues throughout the business.
- Have a problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Whilst a degree is not essential, we do require relevant work or internship experience.
Please note, this is an office-based role Monday-Friday with no provision for regular remote working.
