The Fund Level team is growing rapidly, creating an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Analyst/Consultant to join us. You will lead key workstreams, including hedge strategy modeling, ISDA negotiations, and execution processes, while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will drive strategic oversight, strengthen client relationships, and support business development. Direct client engagement is key to ensuring seamless project execution.
The Role:
- Take ownership of specific workstreams within broader client projects (e.g., hedge strategy modeling, ISDA negotiation, day-to-day execution processes), while overall project responsibility rests with senior leadership.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery, identifying and correcting any errors that may arise.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure appropriate strategic oversight on all mandates and client engagements.
- Contribute to business development efforts by enhancing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Engage directly with clients, providing clear communication and ensuring smooth execution of project goals.
- Work closely with team members to contribute to collective success, aligning with company values and policies.
What you will bring:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in fund-level risk management, advisory roles in fund finance, implementation-focused consultancy, or roles within banks or FX brokers.
- Strong understanding of FX pricing, bid/offer spreads, and the ability to model the impact of FX on fund IRR.
- Strong client engagement capabilities, including experience managing banking relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Prior experience with FX markets, spot and forward pricing, and exchange rate fundamentals is preferred.
