PMC - The Professional Monitor Company Ltd. is seeking a Production Manager for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role based from our Luton site. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, ensure safety, quality and delivery against the production plan, and lead the production team.
Working closely with the CO-CEO and other departments, you will drive continuous improvement, manage scheduling, capacity and costs, and ensure efficient use of resources across our manufacturing operations.
