About you:
- Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience
- Capable of working as part of a team or unsupervised if required
- Knowledge of goods in/out working processes
- Able to follow Health and Safety policies and procedures
- IT literate, working knowledge of WMS would be an advantage
- Clean driving licence / must be willing to travel to other business locations
- Have access to your own car
- Counterbalance Fork Lift licence
- Good written and verbal communication
- Must be numerate
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable to meet Company goals
Key Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
- Loading and unloading of pallets - finished goods / reject cabinets
- Picking products for kitting out production assembly line
- Responsible for receiving goods in/out
- Assist with stock taking procedures
- Follow housekeeping/hygiene standards and operational instructions to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and minimise damage or risk to products
- Work as part of our team to ensure all warehouse duties are carried out in an organised and professional manner
- Follow Company guidelines, policies and procedures and adhere to all Health and Safety practices to ensure safety of yourself and colleagues
- Follow Company IT policy and procedures for the use of in-house computer packages
- Work between PMC Site as required and follow Company rules and regulations when driving to a different location
- Notify the Company of any changes to your driving licence which may affect your driving
- Follow all instructions for use of Fork Lift equipment and other lifting equipment
Benefits:
- Annual leave: Starting on 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each year, up to a maximum of 25 days
- 1pm finish on Fridays
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm & Friday 8.30am - 1pm
