PMC Commerce is seeking a Service Design & Transition Specialist on a UK-based contract (6–12 months).
The role is remote with regular on-site travel, starting immediately, to lead the transition of a live project into BAU and design a reusable Service Design & Transition framework.
You will review IT service management practices, develop governance templates, and engage stakeholders across business and IT to ensure operational readiness and timely updates throughout the engagement.
