Autism & Learning Disabilities Support Worker
PMB Solutions Ltd are recruiting for Support Workers in the Stafford Area ( ST16 ) on behalf of their client.

Job Summary
As an Autism & Learning Disabilities Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that helps people build daily living skills, express their preferences and take part in activities that matter to them. You will work respectfully with each person, adapting your approach to their communication and support needs.
Responsibilities
- Support personal care, meal preparation and everyday routines while promoting dignity, choice and independence.
- Use positive behaviour management approaches, follow agreed care plans and communicate changes to colleagues.
- Assist with medication administration where this forms part of the agreed care plan, and respond appropriately to wellbeing concerns.
Your impact: Consistent, respectful support helps people feel safer and more confident in daily life, while giving colleagues clear information to coordinate care.
12 hours shifts 9am – 9pm & 9pm - 9am
Days & Sleeping Nights
Monday to Sunday
Pay Rates from £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
