Contract Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer Outside IR35 | £40 p/h Ltd Company Contractors (PAYE rates and option available) DOE | Minimum 3‑month contract (possibly up to 9 months) | Coalville | 24/7 Panama Shift We’re looking for experienced electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a high‑volume manufacturing site undergoing a period of change. These are outside IR35 contract roles with an initial minimum 3‑month duration, longer extensions will be considered for strong performers. It is likely that there will be 9 months or more available for engineers that perform well. You’ll join a newly structured 24/7 engineering team, working across modern automated lines and older plant that demands solid diagnostic ability.
