pmactuarial specializes in actuarial search within UK Life insurance. We have been asked to find a number of M&A Actuaries. Our client provides advice to both buy-side and sell-side clients and offers a varied role covering the following:
- Due Diligence prior to and during transactions
- Identification and management of potential insurance targets
- Balance sheet and business plan reviews
- IPO analysis
- Work across both UK and European insurance markets.
The ideal candidate will be a nearly/newly qualified Actuary with up to a few years PQE. Previous M&A experience would be highly desirable, although those from a commercial role in Pricing are encouraged to apply.
